Will I receive a proof?
Yes. We always send a PDF proof for your approval before your order goes into production.
Electronic PDF Proof
Once you've uploaded your file and placed your order a notice is sent to our graphics department which includes your supplied file. Your file will be placed in our template for the product you've ordered, it will be checked for proper bleeds, resolution and size and a proof will be output for your approval. Only once we've received your approval via email to proceed with printing will production begin.
Unfortunately we can't guarantee 100% colour accuracy, if you've received a digital PDF proof from us and you've viewed it on your monitor or printed the PDF to your laser printer it's unlikely the final printed piece will match your monitor or laser print out. Viewing your artwork on dfferent monitors or printers will generate unlike results.
Hard Copy Proof
Once you've approved the electronic proof we do have optional hard copy proofing available for banner stands graphics, vinyl banners and trade show displays that can be printed on the actual print device and material that is used in the final product. Please contact us for this option.
For larger custom offset printing projects we do have Epson or Digi Dylux hard copy proof that can better represent the final colour of your project.
Please note that hard copy proofing will extend your turnaround time and there will be an extra charge for each hard copy proof plus shipping if it's required.
If you're concerned about the paper, media or substrate that your project will be printed on you're more than welcome to drop by our shop to view printed samples.
