Competent QualityAt KCB Graphics.com we're committed to producing high quality, finished products and 100% guarantee the quality of our printing. This quality guarantee covers the following potential issues:

incorrect sizing, incorrect paper, incorrect finish, ink smudging, ghosting, incorrect file printed, incorrect product imprinted

If we've made a mistake with any of the issues noted above we'll reprint the project at no cost to you.

Turnaround TimeTurnaround Time

If you've specified a required completion date for your project and we've agreed we can meet that date in writing, we'll meet that date for job completion.

Issues Not Covered by our Quality Assurance Guarantee

Colour AccuracyColour Accuracy

Unfortunately we can't guarantee 100% colour accuracy, if you've received a digital PDF proof from us and you've viewed it on your monitor or printed the PDF to your laser printer it's unlikely the final printed piece will match your monitor or laser print out. Viewing your artwork on dfferent monitors or printers will generate unlike results.

We do have have hard copy proofing available for banner stands, vinyl banners, trade show displays that can be printed on the actual print device and material that is used in final product. Please contact us for this option.

Issues with Supplied FilesIssues with Supplied Files

Although we do our best to preflight files before we print, we can't guarantee we'll catch mistakes in your supplied files.

Cutting and FoldingCutting and Folding

Small fluctuations of 1mm to 2mm in trimming and folding is normal in the industry. Proper bleeds and text free zones around the perimeter will ensure no criticl text is cut off.

ShippingShipping

We can't guarantee shipping transit times as our suppliers don't. Unforseen circumstances such as weather, labour strikes or high seasonal volumes can cause delays while in transit. Building extra time to allow for a shipping delay is recommended.

If a refund is requested because of incorrect sizing, incorrect paper, incorrect finish, ink smudging, ghosting, incorrect file printed or incorrect product imprinted the items must be returned to us before a refund will be granted.
