A great trade show booth does not stop with a great back wall or display. If you’re in a space not suited for a large format trade show display, you can still make an impact with custom printed tablecloths.
KCBGraphics.com has everything you need for custom printed tablecloths and runners in the GTA, Toronto, and across Ontario. If you’re interested in a fabric table throw for your next event, take a look at our selection of custom full colour printed tablecloths, covers, and runners. For any questions you may have, please call us at 1-800-350-7152.
There are many places a table throw, cover, or runner can be used to showcase your business or brand.
You might not be in a 10′ by 10′ booth, and instead might be in a foyer or public lobby, a storefront or indoor market. Book signings, conventions, welcome areas, or information desks could benefit from a simple, colourful, or creative tablecloth.
For all of these and more, our custom printed tablecloths are a great way to promote your brand and make a lasting impression.
Options for tablecloths are broken down by both size and type. The tablecloths are made to suit either 4′, 6′, or 8′ long table. Table runners are either 24″, 30″, or 60″ wide. Both the custom printed tablecloths and runners are available either as regular or economy.
All this means is the regular hangs over the back of the table as well as the front. The economy versions hang over the front and sides, but the back of the table is open, saving on material and saving you some cash.
If you need a bit of variety, we also offer a convertible tablecloth. This product easily allows you to go from a 8′ tablecloth to a 6′. The convertible tablecloth is also available in the full or economy (no back) styles.
After those products, you will also see that fitted table throws and stretch tablecloths are available. These features enable the custom printed tablecloths to fit around your table more tightly.
Our custom printed tablecloths and runner are printed using the dye-sublimation process. This allows you to use and create full colour images and graphics. There is no need here to choose one or two colour designs, we print these in full CMYK. Stitched edges ensure a long life of the table throws, giving the fabric superior durability. Our custom printed tablecloths are printed on a washable, durable polyester fabric.
If you need a custom printed tablecloth but don’t have a design, don’t worry, we can do that to.

Carbonless Invoices are quick and simple way to write out invoices, forms, and delivery slips. We offer them as a book (also called Booked Carbonless Forms or Carbonless Receipt Books), loose, or simply glued along one edge.
Booked Forms come with a wrap around cover, meaning that the cover (front and back) also includes a back flap. This flap can be used to insert between the pages so you don’t write on more than one set of pages.
KCBGraphics.com has everything you need for quality printing in the GTA, Toronto, and across Ontario. For pricing and details please take a look at our options for carbonless booklets and forms. For any questions you may have, please call us at 1-800-350-7152.
These are forms that are designed to make instant duplicates when you’re out in the field, at a job site, or in the customers home. You write once on the top form, and the info transfers through to the next one or two pages. One copy is for you, and the customer gets another. Easy.
Choose from our list of premade templates, including HVAC, delivery slips, electrical forms, landscaping, and more. If you need changes to the form, we can do that too. Alternatively, if you have your own form, that works as well. These templates all have space to insert in your company’s logo and address. Send them along to us, and of course you’ll receive an emailed proof before we print anything.
We offer booked carbonless forms in 4 main sizes:
Our booked carbonless invoices come with a wrap around cover. This cover has a back flap, which slides in place between sets so you never write on more pages than you need. The flap is attached to the back cover, so you always have it on hand. Just make sure the pages you want are on top of the flap, with the rest of the booklet underneath.
For colour you can choose to print in the default black. For an extra fee you can choose to print in Reflex Blue, or choose 1 or 2 Pantone Colours.
Numbering your carbonless invoices is a common practice. These numbers occur in the upper right corner of the forms. We can start numbering at any number you need, just be sure to let us know where to begin.
So, there you have it. Carbonless invoices, booklets, and forms in a nutshell. As always, feel free to contact our experts to answer an of your further questions or concerns.
Customized postcards come in all shapes and sizes. They’re a great way to reach customers on your mailing list, but they can be used for so much more than just mail. A post card is the perfect solution for a trade show or retail takeaway. Their size is better suited to provide specific product information than a business card, but still small enough to remain unobtrusive and convenient.
KCBGraphics.com is a leading supplier of quality print products in Toronto, Ontario. Please take a look at our double and single-sided postcards and don’t hesitate to give us a call with any questions at 1-800-350-7152.
Alright, so what should you know? We print our postcards on a thick 14pt or 16pt card stock. They come in full colour with a high gloss coating or a matte finish. We can print these on many different sizes, ranging from 2.5″ by 2.5″ to a larger 5″ x 7″. This includes some long, unique sizes in order to help make your customized postcards stand out from your competition. Quantity is equally important here as well. We do require a minimum order of 100, and like most quality printing, the cost per card goes down the more cards you need.
Most places that print customized postcards offer an extra feature for mailing. For example, we can manage your postcard mailing using Canada Post’s “Addressed Admail”. This helps reduce your postage costs and also saves you time, money, and a few potential headaches.
When creating your design, there are a few things to keep in mind.
