A great trade show booth does not stop with a great back wall or display. If you’re in a space not suited for a large format trade show display, you can still make an impact with custom printed tablecloths.
KCBGraphics.com has everything you need for custom printed tablecloths and runners in the GTA, Toronto, and across Ontario. If you’re interested in a fabric table throw for your next event, take a look at our selection of custom full colour printed tablecloths, covers, and runners. There are many places a table throw, cover, or runner can be used to showcase your business or brand.
You might not be in a 10′ by 10′ booth, and instead might be in a foyer or public lobby, a storefront or indoor market. Book signings, conventions, welcome areas, or information desks could benefit from a simple, colourful, or creative tablecloth.
For all of these and more, our custom printed tablecloths are a great way to promote your brand and make a lasting impression.
Options for tablecloths are broken down by both size and type. The tablecloths are made to suit either 4′, 6′, or 8′ long table. Table runners are either 24″, 30″, or 60″ wide. Both the custom printed tablecloths and runners are available either as regular or economy.
All this means is the regular hangs over the back of the table as well as the front. The economy versions hang over the front and sides, but the back of the table is open, saving on material and saving you some cash.
If you need a bit of variety, we also offer a convertible tablecloth. This product easily allows you to go from a 8′ tablecloth to a 6′. The convertible tablecloth is also available in the full or economy (no back) styles.
After those products, you will also see that fitted table throws and stretch tablecloths are available. These features enable the custom printed tablecloths to fit around your table more tightly.
Our custom printed tablecloths and runner are printed using the dye-sublimation process. This allows you to use and create full colour images and graphics. There is no need here to choose one or two colour designs, we print these in full CMYK. Stitched edges ensure a long life of the table throws, giving the fabric superior durability. Our custom printed tablecloths are printed on a washable, durable polyester fabric.
If you need a custom printed tablecloth but don’t have a design, don’t worry, we can do that to.

Custom outdoor flags can be found outside of storefronts, promoting a business in an outdoor festival or market, as well as a trade show convention to enhance a brand’s presence. Spring is upon us, and this means we’ll slowly be pulling ourselves out of our shells and back outside. These flags can be used inside or out for sporting events, concerts, and arenas. The graphics are durable and weather resistant, including hardware meant to endure outdoor elements.

The two main styles of flags are the Zoom and the Wind Dancer. The main differences? Well, to begin with the height of the Wind Dancers can all be adjusted (the Mini up to 8’3″, the LT up to 13’6″, and the MX up to 17’3″).
The Zoom flags are all a fixed height, though there are 3 different sizes (10′, 12′, and 16′) available for each. There are, in addition to the sizes, 3 different styles to choose from. The Teardrop, the Feather, and the Straight are all slight variations to the flag itself and how it sits on the pole. All our flags are printed in full colour on a 4 oz mesh material. This fabric is lightweight, and can be printed double-sided for a little bit extra.
The bases for the Wind Dancers can be filled with either water or sand for weight. The bases for the Zoom flags are a little different. The default stand is a durable floor base. Also included is a ‘Donut Base’ that can be filled with water for extra support. For outdoor use (in the ground, not pavement) there is also a ground stake included that can be put on the flag pole for extra stability.
There is an optional and additional stand that give a stronger, sturdier base. This additional stand is meant to be used with the Zoom flags. Similarly to the Wind Dancer stands, as it can be filled with water for extra weight.
The material is a lightweight 4 oz fabric. Setting up the flags is easy. To begin with, simply slide the pole inside the sewn pocket along the side of your finished flag. Both the fabric and flag is meant for this, so you will have to pull the flag taught. This will bend the end of the pole into its curved position.
The base can be changed without taking the flag off the pole. Simply pull off the floor base and attach the ground spike for outdoor (in dirt or grass) use.
Conversely, the Wind Dancers are a little different. In contrast to the Zoom flags, the poles of the wind Dancers remain visible. In this case, the fabric snaps onto the pole using the grommets inserted in the fabric.
When thinking about creating your custom outdoor flags, keep in mind that they are best used as quick pieces to attract attention. Often viewed from a distance, they really shouldn’t contain much information. Considering this, a logo and some good, strong brand colours might be all you need. In addition, maybe you’ll show a phone number or web address. You want to announce your presence to the people looking for you. Much more information on a flag will only be lost, and clutter what should be a simple design.

There are so many different options when trying to choose your convention displays. You may see material names like Tension Fabric, Truss Displays, as well as brand names like Formulate and Vector. There are straight displays, but then there are horizontally and vertically curved ones as well. In addition, you will find 6′, 8′, 10′, and all the way up to awesome and captivating kits designed to fit a 20′ exhibition space.
If you’re looking at your options, then there is a type I’d like to take a minute to talk about.

Now, if you clicked on the above link, you see it takes you to a page with 3 different products. It is the curved and straight pop up trade show displays I’d like to talk about here. (The Aero is a bit different, and warrants a whole other post.)
These convention displays are panels (usually 3 or 4 panels plus some curved endcaps if you want) held on an expandable frame. Curved or straight, the frame extends easily, held in place by magnetic clips at structurally important places. To begin with, expand the frame, standing it up in place where you want the display to be.
Secondly, you’ll need to attach magnetic channel bars onto the frame. The number of channel bars changes with different sizes of frames, seeing that larger frames have more panels. If you have endcaps to put on, you’ll need to make sure you have magnetic bars on the back (just the left and right side) of the frame as well. If not, you’ll only need the magnetic bars on the front of the frame.
So, after the magnetic channel bars are in place (easy, right?) you’re ready to put on your first panel. The tops of your panels should have plastic clips that attach to the top of the frame at every section.
Generally, I like to start in the centre. Put the middle panel on first, this helps keep your panels straight if you’re on an uneven floor.
The other panels go on the exact same way, start at the top and guide the magnets on the back of the panels into place.
If you find the tops of your panels are uneven, you’re probably on an unlevel surface. This can cause a shift, subsequently shifting the panels slightly out of position. If you can move to a different spot, do so. If so, sometimes just moving the frame back a foot or two can help, depending on the surface. Additionally, you can gently nudge the top of the frame left or right (again…gently) to try to correct the discrepancy and get the panels flush at the top. Once the centre panels are set in place, your endcaps can go on, finishing your set-up.
To add a little umph to your display, your can add lights or a counter. Lights slide on to clips already attached to the top of your frame, while the shipping case can be wrapped in graphics for a quick and easy counter.
There are many other pieces that you could add to enhance these convention displays such as flags and retractable banner stands. These would all simply be based on your own tastes and preferences. For this post, let’s stick with the convention display itself. Now, I’ve only really mentioned the basic 8′ display here. The 8′ and 10′ curved are our most convention displays, though there are quite a few options to choose from. They all go up the same way, whether you have a straight tabletop display, a 6′ wide curved display, the Gullwing, or the Serpentine. You can also have panels created to completely wrap around the frame, front and back, using the endcaps to connect both sides.
